Chef Bryan has over 20 years of culinary experience and his cooking reflects his love and passion for food. He believes that only the freshest and finest ingredients should be used to ensure optimum flavor for client satisfaction. His motto is "Food is a celebration of life," and his dream is to provide people with unforgettable dining experiences.

The Tropical Reef is a corporate sibling of The Tasting Spoon, a full-service catering company committed to creating custom dining experiences.
